Time Management Specialist with German (P&TM Team)

Tasks & responsibilities
As a Time Management Specialist you will be responsible for:
- maintaining employee time data, managing system interfaces, and auditing time and absence records to ensure accuracy and timely payroll processing,preparing time management,
- reports, performing quality assurance activities, and executing recurring annual processes related to time management, such as holiday entitlement submissions,
- managing end-to-end transactional Time Management and Payroll processes, ensuring their effective execution and compliance with internal policies and external regulations,
- responding to Time Management and Payroll inquiries of varying complexity via phone and email using the case management system,
- contributing to projects and working in a performance-driven environment where service quality is measured against defined targets,
- owning at least one complex competence area (e.g., Time Management), collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders, and providing updates, knowledge sharing, and training to the team.
About our future employee
You should speak German & English languages (min. B2) and have approx. 2-4 years of experience in supporting employees/customers in time management and/or payroll – related activities with the willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
- Country-specific knowledge is a plus.
- Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model).
- Preferably working experience in Process Transition.
- Preferably working experience with SAP HCM, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors.
