Supply Chain Management Team Manager

The position

Looking for a role where you can focus on managing a team responsible for various Supply Chain Management operations? 
As a Supply Chain Management Manager you will lead a team of professional-level employees, overseeing daily operations to deliver operational excellence.
You will focus on collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure, together with your team, high-quality service delivery. 
This role combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a GBS model and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain domain.

Tasks & responsibilities

As the Supply Chain Management Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse SCM team, fostering ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring operational excellence across planning, logistics, trade management, or CMO-related processes.
  • Monitoring performance through KPIs, dashboards, and workload balancing tools.
  • Driving process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinating collaboration between sub-teams, stakeholders, and interfaces, ensuring a close link and open working atmosphere with supply chain teams in the business.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Supporting change initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring adherence to defined supply chain regulations and process descriptions and establish SCM services requested by business functions.

About Our Future Employee

You should speak English on C1 level and preferably have minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or shared services environment with deep end-to-end process knowledge with relevant people managing/project managing record.  

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, logistics or Supply Chain Management or related areas,
  • Strong knowledge of global Supply Chain processes and regulations,
  • Proven experience with SAP ERP systems (preferably SAP S4Hana), 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation skills,
  • Strategic mindset with ability to make high-impact decisions and drive transformation,
  • High resilience, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing requirements,
