Supply Chain Management Specialist (SLCI)

THE POSITION

Are you looking for a role where you can contribute to global product availability and compliance through efficient process execution? As an Supply Chain Management Specialist (SLCI), you will play a key role in supporting launch and change activities across the organization. You will ensure timely execution of workflows, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement in the System for Launch and Change Implementation (SLCI) process. This role offers international exposure and collaboration with cross-functional teams.  

Tasks & responsibilities

•    Monitor and track all SLCI workflows to ensure timely execution of launch and change processes.
•    Use existing reports to identify overdue work items, send reminders, and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
•    Create and maintain the SLCI KPI Heatmap on a quarterly basis using SAP Analytics Cloud.
•    Initiate SLCI requests for new SKUs related to production transfers or Supply Chain setups.
•    Support the global artwork and packaging development process by ensuring timely availability of print files.
•    Facilitate efficient execution of launch and change planning activities.
•    Ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements through accurate SKU setup and change initiation.

About our future employee

You should speak English language min. on a min B2 level and have min. 2 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management, launch & transfer management, demand and/or supply planning and Master Data Management in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in shared services, BPO or multinational company.


Additionally, we are looking for: 

•    Completed higher education. 
•    Experience in supply chain processes and regulatory compliance. 
•    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud is highly beneficial. 
•    Familiarity with SLCI systems and workflow tracking. 
•    A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. 
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. 
•    Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
