Supply Chain Management Specialist (SCI/GDPG/GBT)

The position 

Are you looking for a role where you can help protect product safety, traceability, data integrity and supply chain compliance across a global organization? As a Supply Chain Management Specialist (SCI, GDPG & GBT), you will execute, monitor and continuously improve Supply Chain Integrity, Global GDP Governance and Global Batch Traceability processes within the GBS service portfolio. Combining operational investigations, compliance reviews, data analysis, KPI reporting and cross-functional coordination, you will support the global Human Pharma supply chain network.

Tasks & responsibilities 

As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will:

 

  • Investigate, resolve and monitor alerts, including Missing Batch Upload and Blind Passenger cases, PR-ID follow-up activities, related MyServices cases and process escalations.
  • Conduct GDP audit and inspection reviews by assessing and classifying findings, identifying observations within GDPG scope and maintaining complete review records.
  • Prepare, validate and report Logistics & Distribution KPI dashboards by collecting, processing and analyzing compliance and performance data.
  • Support Global Batch Traceability activities by identifying and resolving traceability gaps, restoring missing supply chain links and validating traceability relationships.
  • Provide process expertise, analytical insights and data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation in the Central Knowledge Hub and contribute to new methods, process optimization, digitization and automation opportunities.
  • Share process knowledge and best practices through GBS Process Community, Continuous Improvement, onboarding and training activities.

About our future employee 

You should be fluent in written and spoken English and have at least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, supply chain compliance, traceability or logistics-related processes, and business fluency in written and spoken English. You understand supply chain flows, GDP and regulatory compliance requirements, and can analyze complex data and processes to support sound decisions in an international environment.


Additionally, we are looking for: 

 

  • Completed higher education.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Integrity, Global GDP Governance and Global Batch Traceability processes, including compliance, product traceability and related data-management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills in exception investigation, KPI reporting, trend analysis, root-cause identification and data-driven decision-making.
  • Good understanding of supply chain data structures, master-data relationships, system interfaces and data-integration points.
  • Good stakeholder-management, intercultural communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize independently within general guidelines and work responsibly, reliably and service-oriented across functions.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with an active contribution to process improvement, standardization and compliance initiatives.
  • Good knowledge of EAMS, ATTP, ServiceNow/MyServices, SAP ERP, SAP BTP, Global Batch Traceability, Missing Link Cockpit, Power BI, liberoManager, SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
