Supply Chain Management Specialist (Order Handling)
The position
Looking for a role where you can collaborate within a dynamic Supply Chain team and contribute to ongoing process enhancements? You will have the opportunity to actively support the integration and continuous improvement of our Supply Chain processes within GBS. In this position, you will not only provide Supply Chain expertise, but also participate in process optimization initiatives and the development of innovative solutions. Together with your team, you will ensure high quality service delivery.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Management Specialist you will:
- Execute, maintain and ensure compliance of Supply Chain processes and procedures within the GBS service portfolio.
- Coordinate Supply Chain–related topics with the Global Process Owner and with local and global stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of global serialization and track & trace requirements, including alert management for Europe.
- Ensure global product supply by accurately and timely processing order-related transactional activities in line with internal and external regulations.
- Monitor and execute BIX@ orders, deliveries, shipments and other transactional activities to meet customer service level targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound complaints as well as customer complaints, partly in alignment with Logistics Incident Management.
- Process Go-Track Deviations and BIX@ Complaints on time and accurately, escalating issues to the appropriate manager when needed.
- Communicate effectively to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
- Work within project environments and perform tasks in accordance with KPIs and SLAs to support continuous process improvement.
About our future employee
You should be fluent in English (minimum B2) and have at least 2 years of experience in the area of supply chain.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed university education, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Profound knowledge of Supply Chain regulations and their application
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization
- Problem-solving skills and flexible work attitude
- Good SAP know-how and working experience with the ERP system
- Good customer-oriented presentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office Tools and Power BI
- Ability to work in a diverse international environment
