Supply Chain Management Senior Team Manager

The position

As a Supply Chain Management Senior Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee end-to-end processes, and lead multiple teams to deliver operational excellence. This role combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a GBS model and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain domain.You will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, influence organizational strategy, and champion change management initiatives to align with global business objectives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As the Supply Chain Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple teams providing Supply Chain Management services, including Team Managers and individual contributors.
  • Defining and executing strategic direction for Supply Chain processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Driving transformation initiatives and process harmonization across teams.
  • Overseeing end-to-end Supply Chain operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely execution of global processes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs across teams, report trends to senior leadership, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Acting as escalation point for critical issues and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Building strong relationships with Global Process Owners and key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Leading change management activities, communicate vision, drive adoption of new ways of working and champion continuous improvements initiatives

About Our Future Employee

You should have 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or shared services environment with deep end-to-end process expertise, speak English on C1 level and have at least 5 years of managerial experience; leading people and processes. Experience in leading leaders would be an asset.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, logistics or Supply Chain Management or related areas
  • Strong knowledge of global Supply Chain processes and regulations
  • Proven experience with SAP ERP systems (preferably SAP S4Hana)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to make high-impact decisions and drive transformation.
  • High resilience, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing requirements
