HR Recruiting Specialist with Spanish

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As a Specialist HR Recruiting you know your business by heart: You have end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process, starting from the successful alignment and planning of raised requisitions with the HR Business Partner and the Hiring Manager until hiring the candidate.
  • You align the appropriate search strategy and take care of texting as well as publishing the job ads at the internal and external job boards, as appropriate.
  • The active identification and contacting of candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening of incoming applications, conducting interviews with the candidates as well as the final negotiation of the contractual conditions are part of your daily job.
  • You are also accountable to answer inquiries from candidates by phone and e-mail using our case management system.
  • Specific recruiting processes for contingent workers and apprentices may lie within your responsibility as well.
  • You might work on projects and in the environment where we constantly strive for continuous improvements and use targets to measure the service quality


About a future BI employee:

You should speak Spanish/ Catalan (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have min. 2 years of experience in Recruiting. We are also open for candidates from other HR areas or less years of experience in Recruiting if you demonstrate the willingness to learn on the job.


Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
  • Country-specific knowledge would be a plus
  • Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model)
  • Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial
