Senior Supply Chain Specialist (Master Data Management)

The position 

Looking for a role where you are collaborating in a newly established team and being involved in transition activities? You will not only provide expertise in Supply Chain, but also take part in performance management and development of further innovative processes. Tasks & responsibilities 

  • As a Supply Chain (SC) Senior Specialist, you are responsible for the execution, compliance, and maintenance of SC processes and procedures as part of the GBS service portfolio. Coordinate with Global Process Owner, Local and Global Stakeholder SC related topics 
  • Ensure global printed packaging material development for launches and product changes and ensure the global governance of the graphic offices network.
  • Ensure execution of Launch and change planning execution.
  • Ensure global alignment and shape the process of company's artwork and change management
  • Act as, further develop and strengthen global center of competence on any labeling and artwork related topics.  
  • Oversee and are responsible for entire clusters of change requests in the global execution of logistical implementation of launches, changes and withdrawals in the global supply chain systems
  • Support the Global Product Supply Team meeting performance discussion of the operative supply chain for the relevant product group by creating a monthly product supply update.  
  • Represent Supply Chain function in the Corporate Advisory Committee (CAC) and create and provide required information and report
  • Support complex supply chain improvement projects by designing and documenting new processes, performing fit-gap analysis during roll outs, conducting change management and training people 
  • Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully 
  • You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.

About our future employee 

You should speak English language min. on a B2 level and have min. 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, customer service, logistic and/or order processing in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in shared services, BPO or multinational company.
Additionally, we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics and/or Supply Chain Management 
  • Profound knowledge of Supply Chain regulations and their application 
  • Analytical skills, experience in enhancing dashboards
  • Good knowledge in SAP ERP, SAP MM
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service orientation with customer centricity 
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization 
  • Problem-solving skills and flexible work attitude 
  • High quality awareness, resilience, and independence considering changing requirements 
  • Good SAP know-how and working experience with the ERP system, preferably with SAP S4Hana 
  • Good  Power Query and Power BI know-how
  • Good customer-oriented presentation and communication skills 
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Tools and Power BI 
  • Ability to work in a diverse international environment.
