S2P Direct Specialist with German (First Level support)

The position

Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for supporting the global users and vendors, but also take part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes within the new GBS Center? Help us build S2P First Level Support team for European markets. 

Task & responsibilities

  • Providing support for the Source to Pay process starting from the order creation to the payment
  • Assisting & answering queries from the global user community related to the  invoices and purchasing orders
  • Providing training how to use the Purchasing Tool WeBuy (SAP Ariba)
  • Being main contact for external suppliers – 1st level support
  • Processing requests in Service Now
  • Processing incoming queries (via call, MS Teams or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
  • Analysis of system mistakes and reporting this to the admin teams

About our future employee

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or contact center
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent German (at least B2+ level)
  • Able to communicate in English (at least B2 level)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
