Recruiting Team Manager (Spain and Italy)

Tasks & responsibilities

As Recruiting Team Manager you are responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of 8-10 recruiters in alignment with our Leadership Principles, Our Behaviors, and the Global Recruiting Delivery Model, ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Overseeing the operational execution of recruiting strategies (Level 1 to Level 3) for Spain and Italy, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partnering closely with key stakeholders in Spain and Italy to support end-to-end recruiting processes, including the rapid growth of the IT hub in Barcelona.
  • Collaborating with Countries’ Recruiting peers across both regions to support workforce planning, reorganizations, and capacity build-up discussions with HRBPs, CoEs, and business stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the consolidation and quantification of recruiting needs across business segments and job profiles, leveraging talent analytics and market insights to develop optimal sourcing strategies.
  • Driving strategic planning and the implementation of sustainable Candidate Relationship Maagement (CRM) practices tailored to regional and segment-specific needs.
  • Managing vendor relationships, including agency network setup, capability assessments, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Contributing to recruiting projects and ensuring service quality through target-driven performance metrics, process adherence, and continuous improvement supported by global recruitment analytics.

About our future emploee

You should have verified knowledge in end-to-end Recruiting processing including Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits, speak English and Polish language min. on C1 level and have min. 6 years of professional experience in Recruiting and/or HR Business Partner environment, including first leadership experience. 

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas).
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service quality orientation applying end user centricity.
  • Positive approach with ability to act as a role model in our speak-up-culture and actively come up with ideas for process optimizations.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple, and at times, competing, priorities within assigned business unit(s) in times of transformation and change.
  • Resilience and advanced problem-solving ability to manage complex and/or sensitive situations to successfully recommend, influence and implement.solutions which may require engaging different levels within the organization.
  • Preferably working experience with SF Recruiting, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors.
