Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Manager

Tasks & responsibilities

As Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Manager, you are responsible for:

  • The implementation and continuous improvement of processes in the area of Recruiting, mainly interview scheduling and referrals.
  • Managing a team of people according to the company values as well as our Leadership principles with focus on external and internal candidate experience excellence, business process excellence and people development.
  • Organizational setup and being able to support the team operationally on processes that are required for an efficient recruitment process and are provided centrally to the recruiters.
  • Your team will be held accountable to ensure that the systems and tools for Recruiting processes are used in the most efficient way and that everything is according to quality and compliance standards in operational implementation.
  • The regular exchange with our internal and external stakeholders as well as managing escalations using your strong communication skills, social and technical competencies, are also an important part of your role.
  • You will work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality, ensuring process adherence in run mode.
  • Next to this, you will collaborate strongly with other Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Manager in GBS Center Wroclaw, Segment Leads and Recruiters in Germany in order to analyze existing and future internal and external candidate needs for all German sites.

About our future employee

You should speak fluently English (min. C1) with the ambition to upskill your language skills in German. You should have min. 4 years of professional experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment and first experience in leading a team or within a project. You should be able to act with resilience and motivation in a highly volatile environment. An affinity for processes to create a great candidate experience is a must.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • A master’s degree in business administration, psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas).
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service quality orientation applying end user centricity.
  • Positive approach with ability to act as a role model in our speak-up-culture and actively come up with ideas for process optimizations.
  • Resilience and proven ability to independently capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model) in times of transformation and change.
  • Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and a solid service orientation.
  • Preferably working experience in Process Transition & Transformation.
  • Preferably working experience with SAP, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors incl. SF Recruiting and SF Onboarding.
