This is an opportunity to recruit for specialized and unique roles in the Spanish and UK&I market within the pharmaceutical industry, including medical and clinical positions. You will also be responsible for hiring across Spain and the UK, where we have production sites as well as Global HUBs (IT, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation). The recruitment projects are diverse, encompassing areas such as manufacturing, engineering, quality management, sales, specialized IT, and many other roles.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Recruiter with Spanish, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from aligning with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on hiring needs to successfully hiring the right candidates.
  • Developing and implementing appropriate sourcing strategies, creating and publishing job advertisements on internal and external job boards as required.
  • Actively identifying and engaging candidates for open vacancies and talent pipelines, screening applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment terms and conditions.
  • Responding to candidate inquiries via phone and email through our case management system.
  • Participating in projects and working in an environment focused on continuous improvement, where service quality is measured through defined targets and KPIs.

About our future employee

You should speak Spanish (min. C1 level) and English (min. C1 level) and have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency).

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
  • Country-specific knowledge would be a plus.
  • Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style.
  • Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial.
