This is an opportunity to recruit for specialized and unique roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical and clinical positions. You will also be responsible for hiring across the Italian market in areas such as engineering, sales, support functions, manufacturing, and more.

Tasks & responsibilities
• As a Recruiter you know your business by heart: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from aligning with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on requisitions to successfully hiring the right candidate.
• You align the appropriate search strategy and take care of texting as well as publishing the job ads at the internal and external job boards, as appropriate.
• The active identification and contacting of candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening of incoming applications, conducting interviews with the candidates as well as the final negotiation of the contractual conditions are part of your daily job.
• You are also accountable to answer inquiries from candidates by phone and e-mail using our case management system.
• You might work on projects and in the environment where we constantly strive for continuous improvements and use targets to measure the service quality.
About our future employee
We are looking for a person with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment. To effectively communicate with stakeholders, you should have:
• Italian language skills at a minimum C1 level
• English at a minimum B2 level
• Additional language such as Spanish would-be a plus
Additionally, we are looking for:
• Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
• Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
• Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
• Country-specific knowledge would be a plus
• Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
• Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial
