Tasks & responsibilities
As a Recruiter:
- You know your business inside out: you have end-to-end responsibility for recruiting processes and manage them in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners.
- You are an expert in the market, able to attract and select the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches.
- Your daily tasks include actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions.
- You independently prioritize work, manage deliverables and meet timelines.
- You develop and decide on the appropriate recruitment strategies.
About our future employee
You should speak German fluently (C1 level) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields
- Good English skills (min. B2 level)
- Proven skills in people assessment and advanced interview techniques
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships
- Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability and service orientation
- A positive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
- Ability to address complex issues with a solution-oriented working style (e.g., within the HR three pillar model)
