Tasks & responsibilities

•    As a Recruiter, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process.
•    You will develop the appropriate search strategy, create, and publish job ads on internal and external job boards as needed and support hiring manager in choosing best talents.
•    Your daily tasks will include actively identifying and contacting candidates for open positions and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating final contractual conditions.
•    You will also be responsible for responding to inquiries from candidates via phone and email using our case management system.
•    You may also be responsible for specific recruiting processes for contingent workers and internships.
•    You may participate in projects and work in an environment where we constantly strive for continuous improvement and use targets to measure service quality.

About our future employee:

You should be fluent in English (C1 level) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting.

Additionally, we are looking for:

•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Strong empathy, team spirit, and accountability 
•    High stakeholder management skills
•    Completed higher education (at least a bachelor’s degree) 
•    A positive approach with the ability to generate ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization 
•    Good knowledge of the MS Office package, including Outlook 
•    Experience working with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow would be beneficial.
•    Good knowledge of Polish language is a plus
•    Experience in Pharmaceutical company is a benefit
