Order Management Team Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities
As an Order Management Team Manager, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery of Order Management services across multiple markets.
- Leading and developing a team with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and people growth.
- Managing end-to-end Order Management processes, including sales order, billing, and issue resolution activities.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinating daily operations as well as month-end and year-end activities within the Order Management scope.
- Managing workload, priorities, and escalations while driving resolution of complex operational issues.
- Supporting system deployments and process transitions.
- Acting as a key contact for Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving process standardization, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring KPIs and service levels to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
About our future employee
You should speak English at a minimum C1 level and have at least 5 years of professional experience in Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Service Operations, or a Shared Services environment.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, or project management would be considered an advantage.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end Order to Cash or related processes and customer-facing operations.
- Practical experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric approach combined with accountability and ownership.
- Experience in process improvement, standardization, automation, or transformation initiatives.
- High quality awareness, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse international environment and lead through change.
