Order Management Team Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an Order Management Team Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery of Order Management services across multiple markets.
  • Leading and developing a team with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and people growth.
  • Managing end-to-end Order Management processes, including sales order, billing, and issue resolution activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinating daily operations as well as month-end and year-end activities within the Order Management scope.
  • Managing workload, priorities, and escalations while driving resolution of complex operational issues.
  • Supporting system deployments and process transitions.
  • Acting as a key contact for Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving process standardization, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring KPIs and service levels to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

About our future employee

You should speak English at a minimum C1 level and have at least 5 years of professional experience in Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Service Operations, or a Shared Services environment.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, or project management would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end Order to Cash or related processes and customer-facing operations.
  • Practical experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-centric approach combined with accountability and ownership.
  • Experience in process improvement, standardization, automation, or transformation initiatives.
  • High quality awareness, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse international environment and lead through change.
