Know Your Business Partner Specialist
The position

Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Know Your Business Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Executing day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
- Providing operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end process
- Supporting the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Managing task intake, prioritizing, and tracking tasks using provided systems.
- Providing first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.
About our future employee
You should speak fluent English and German (min. B2 level) and have min. 2 years of experience in compliance, sourcing or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- A university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
