Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Know Your Business Partner Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the execution of complex Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in risk management processes, providing guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders.
- Driving the development and enhancement of TPRM capabilities, including the design of new processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and high-priority matters.
- Providing second-level advisory support, resolving complex or sensitive issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Taking ownership of training and mentoring junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Ensuring compliance with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
About our future employee
You should speak fluent English and French (min. B2 level) and have min. 3 years of professional experience in compliance, sourcing or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- A university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
