Junior HR Recruiting Specialist with Spanish

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As a Junior Specialist HR Recruiting you ensures a smooth organizational candidate experience and support Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with administrative work for recruitment, interview scheduling, searching and identifying candidates on the Spanish market.
  • You align the appropriate sourcing strategy and take care of texting as well as publishing the job ads at the internal and external job boards, as appropriate.
  • The active identification and contacting of candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening of incoming applications and passing them to next recruitment stages.
  • You are also accountable to answer inquiries from candidates by phone and e-mail using our case management system.
  • Specific recruiting processes for contingent workers and apprentices may lie within your responsibility as well.
  • You might work on projects and in the environment where we constantly strive for continuous improvements and use targets to measure the service quality.

 

About a future BI employee:

You should speak Spanish/ Catalan (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have first experience in Sourcing or Recruiting. We are also open for candidates from other HR areas if you demonstrate the willingness to learn on the job. 

 

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
  • Country-specific knowledge would be a plus
  • Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model)
  • Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial
