Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Junior Recruiter with German, you are responsible for:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HRBPs
- Sourcing candidates and helping build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Screening applications, scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate conversations
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular communication and coordination
- Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous process improvements
About our future employee
You should speak fluent German (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) and have first experience in recruiting, HR, customer service or administration.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Proactive, organized and service-oriented mindset
- Genuine interest in recruiting and working with people
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
