Junior Order Management Specialist
THE POSITION
Looking for a role where you will not only provide solutions in Order Management but also take part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes within the new GBS Centre? Help us build an Order to Cash department which supports local business entities in the end-to-end process from the creation of an order to the payment by the customer.
Tasks & responsibilities
- As Order Management Junior Specialist, you are responsible for the analysis and solution of occurring errors in sales order entry interfaces.
- You ensure complete sales order and billing process for live countries with high complexity in SAP through daily monitoring.
- You review and handle correction of incomplete sales orders in alignment with local customer service and IT within service level agreements by correcting wrong data in the system.
- You perform daily review of billing process in SAP and ensure that all documents relevant and due for billing are created and posted to accounting in a timely manner.
- You provide analysis and solution of errors in sales order and billing process such as account determination errors.
- You validate and approve rebate credit note requests.
- You perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- You support internal and external audits in GBSC Order Management by preparing compliant process documentation.
- You provide daily service to local customer service and finance organizations in global Boehringer Ingelheim internal environment.
