Junior Employee Central (HR Administration) Specialist with German

Tasks & Responsibilities
As an HR Junior Specialist in Employee Central Team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and administering the processing of regular transactions, first in selected areas and later across a broader scope, always following internal procedures and compliance standards.
- Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and income-related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone are part of your daily job.
- Working on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
- Coordinate lower-complexity operational activities, including selected mass uploads, reorganizations, and periodic tasks, while building knowledge in assigned processes and tools.
- Supporting lower complexity transition activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel foreseen).
About our future employee
You should speak German & English languages (min. B2 level) and have approximately 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, shared services, HR operations, or a similar around.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
- Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.
- Experience in working in the German market would be an asset.
- Readiness to learn new tools, support operational controls, and take ownership of selected low-complexity topics.
