Internship - Payroll and Time Management Team with German
The Position
Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Payroll and Time Management team supporting Germany. You will be qualified to independently contribute to daily operations. As an intern, you will support the German Payroll and Time Management team in their daily activities by learning how to use different tools and systems, processing HR and Payroll-related transactions, and gaining practical experience in HR Administration processes.
Our 6-month paid internship program is planned to start in August or September 2026.
We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.
Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Payroll and Time Management Intern with German, you will:
- Regularly maintain employee data.
- Participate in training sessions (according to the training schedule) and workshops.
- Participate in team/country meetings.
- Process HR/Payroll transactions in systems, depending on the team's needs.
- Handle multiple data entries in the system.
- Support projects, research activities, and team engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze reports.
- Answer inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management, ranging from simple to complex topics, via phone and email using our case management system.
- Identify and support the implementation of process improvements.
About our future intern
You should speak German and English (both min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Students or graduates interested in the field of HR Administration or related areas.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Proactivity, good organization of your own work, and the ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a high level of reliability and confidentiality.
- Empathy, team spirit, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience gained in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work, is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Previous experience working with HR systems will help you become familiar with our toolset (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, DocuSign) more quickly.
