Intern HR Payroll and Time Management with Italian

The position

Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Payroll and Time Management team. You will be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities. As an intern, you will be able to support the teamon daily tasks by learning how to use different tools and systems, how to process various Personal Administration tasks.

The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

Tasks & responsibilities

As an Intern HR Payroll and Time Management with Italian, you are responsible for: 

  • Regular maintenance of employee data.
  • Participating in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops.
  • Participating in team/country meetings.
  • Processing HR/ Payroll transactions in the system depending on teams needs.
  • Handling multiple data entries to the system.
  • Support in projects, research and team engagement activities.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports.
  • Answering inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with simple to complex substance by phone and e-mail using our case management system.
  • Identification and support in implementation of process improvements.

About our future intern

You should speak English and Italian (min. B2 level), have willingness to learn new skills and take over responsibility for the assigned tasks. 

Additionally, we are looking for: 

  • Students or graduates interested in the field of HR Administration or related areas
  • Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
  • Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
  • Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g. previous internships or relevant student work is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Previous experience in operating on any HR systems will help you to get acquainted with our toolset (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, DocuSign) faster.
