Intern - HR Administration (HR Direct & Employee Central Team)

Tasks & responsibilities
As an Intern in HR Direct and Employee Central Team, you are responsible for:
- Responding in English to queries from employees in the UK and Ireland on the phone and in writing (e.g., basic queries on benefits, uploading documents to electronic personnel file, changing personal data in HR system, performing monthly controls for new joiners).
- Creating letters for employees in the UK and Ireland.Processing HR transactions in the system depending on the team’s needs.
- Supporting the team in daily tasks by learning how to use various tools and systems.
- Collaborating with different internal stakeholders.
- Participating in training sessions (according to the training schedule) and workshops.
About a future BI employee
You have excellent speaking and writing English language skills (min. C1) and ideally already have some initial work experience.
Additionally, we are looking for:

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Previous experience in operating with any HR systems will help you to get acquainted with our toolset (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText, DocuSign) faster.
