Intern - HR Administration (Employee Central) Team with Italian

The position

Joining our company, you will gain an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Employee Central (HR Administration) team supporting Italy. You will be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities. As an intern, you will support the Italy Employee Central team with daily tasks by learning how to use different tools and systems, as well as how to process various Personnel Administration tasks. 
The start date of our six-month paid internship program (contract of mandate) and the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław 3 days a week.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a HR Administration Intern with Italian, you are responsible for:

  • Preparing and checking employment‑related documents
  • Participating in team and country meetings
  • Processing HR transactions in the system depending on the team’s needs
  • Handling multiple data entries in the system
  • Supporting projects, research, and team‑engagement activities
  • Preparing and analyzing reports
  • Identifying and supporting the implementation of process improvements
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops

About our future Intern

You should speak Italian and English (both at least B2 level) and be willing to learn on the job. 

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Students or graduates interested in the field of HR Administration
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Proactivity, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills, combined with a high level of reliability and confidentiality
  • Empathy, team spirit and a service‑oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in a professional business environment (e.g., internships or relevant student work) is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Experience with any HR systems will help you become familiar with our toolset (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, DocuSign) faster
