HR Services Specialist (Payroll & Time Management) with German

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Payroll & Time Management Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver HR and payroll-related services that ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Support Payroll & Time Management processes while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Maintain employee and payroll-related data with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries through our case management system, providing a professional and service-oriented experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams and countries to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
  • Contribute to projects, transformations, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

About our future employee

You should possess strong German and English language skills (min. B2 level) and approximately 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll, or another HR-related environment. Experience in Payroll & Time Management is an advantage, but most importantly, you are motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow your expertise in this area.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with HR systems (such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax, or social security regulations is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop expertise in these areas.
  • A positive approach, with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization.
  • Proven ability to address complex issues in a solution-oriented working style.
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
  • Nice to have: working experience with ServiceNow & MS Office (advanced in Excel).
  • Nice to have: working experience in Process Transition & Transformation.
