HR Recruiting Admin with German

Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Admin you will be supporting our recruiters with administrative tasks related to internal and external recruitment processes in both German and English:

  • Scheduling and coordinating all telephone and on-site interviews via email or phone.
  • Handling travel cost reimbursement requests.
  • Managing system administration tasks related to candidate tracking and recruitment statuses.
  • Supporting the administration of contract management with headhunters.
  • Providing technical support to hiring managers, helping them open new requisitions in the system.

About our future employee

You should be fluent in German (min. C1 level) and have a very good command of English (min. B2 level). Previous experience in a corporate environment, such as recruitment administration, HR, or an assistant role, would be an advantage. However, we are also open to candidates from other areas who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks based on regulatory and organizational requirements, with a focus on achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, high level of accountability, and a solid service orientation.
  • Completed higher education (students in their final year are also welcome).
  • A positive attitude with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and support process optimization initiatives.
