HR Recruiting Admin with German

Tasks & responsibilities shared within a team
As a HR Recruiting Admin with German, you are responsible for:
- Supporting our Recruiters in administrative tasks in terms of internal & external recruitment process in both German and English.
- System administration in terms of creating new positions for new hires, tracking candidates and recruitment statuses.
- Texting and posting job adverts.
- Provide technical support to Managers, helping them open new requisitions in the system.
About our future employee
You should speak fluently German (min. C1 level) and very good English (min. B2 level). First experience in a corporate environment such as recruitment administration, HR, assistant role and similar are a plus. If you demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job, we are also open to candidates from other areas.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system knowledge such as SuccessFactors, would be a plus.
- Independent prioritization of work orders is based on regulatory and organizational requirements as well as on the goal of optimal customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and a solid service orientation.
- Completed higher education (last year’s students are also welcome).
