HR Learning Services Specialist with English

Tasks & responsibilities

As an HR Learning Services Specialist, you are responsible for:

  • Operationalization, the administrative end-to-end processing and the professional support in the area of HR Learning Services, taking into account the legal and operational agreements and other applicable arrangements.
  • Independently processing the recurring learning services portfolio from training management, vendor management and promotions to rollouts while continuously focusing on potential areas of improvement and customer experience excellence.
  • Supporting the HR Learning Services transitions and ramp-up activities while ensuring high-quality service provision, operational readiness and compliance for each new roll-in country or learning university from day one.
  • Ensuring a splendid customer experience when advising customers via e-mail and working with stakeholders or other internal or external business partners.
  • Working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.

Requirements

You should speak English (min. B2) and have experience in process optimization.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in HR (preferably).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model).
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or a strong interest in learning and working with process automation tools as a big asset.
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
  • Fluent communication skills in English verbal and in writing.
  • Experience in project work together with an open networked mindset.
  • Expertise working with ServiceNow, Learning Management System (SAP) and MS Office beneficial.
