HR Learning Services Specialist

Tasks & responsibilities
As an HR Learning Services Specialist, you are responsible for:
- End-to-end administrative processing and professional support within HR Learning Services, in line with legal, operational, and organizational requirements.
- Independently managing the recurring Learning Services portfolio, including training management, vendor management, promotions, and rollouts, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing customer experience
- Depending on your level of experience, supporting HR Learning Services transitions and ramp-up activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance for Boehringer Ingelheim University from day one.
- Leveraging strong communication skills, as well as social and technical competencies, to provide excellent customer experience when advising stakeholders and collaborating with internal and external business partners, even in complex situations.
- Working effectively in project environments and utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About our future employee
You should speak English language (min. C1) and have 2+ experience in HR administration, training management, or learning operations.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is an asset.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style (e.g., within the HR 3-pillar model).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, team spirit, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Experience in process optimization and project work, combined with a collaborative, networked mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP), Learning Experience Platforms (e.g., Degreed), and MS Office is advantageous.
