Tasks & responsibilities
• As HR Specialist you are responsible for the administrative end-to-end processing and the professional support in the area of HR Learning Services, taking into account the legal and operational agreements and other applicable arrangements.
• You are independently processing the recurring learning services portfolio from training management, vendor management and promotions to rollouts while continuously focusing on potential areas of improvement and customer experience excellence.
• Depending on your professional experience, you will be supporting the HR Learning Services transitions and ramp-up activities while ensuring high-quality service provision, operational readiness and compliance for Boehringer Ingelheim University from day one.
• With your strong communication skills together with your social and technical competencies also in matters with high complexity, you are ensuring a splendid customer experience when advising customers and working with stakeholders or other internal or external business partners.
• You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.
About our future employee
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in the HR services area (Learning Operations/Events management as an asset), Bachelor’s degree or similar study helpful
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model)
• Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
• Fluent communication skills in English verbal and in writing
• Experience in process optimization and project work together with an open networked mindset and great organizational skills
• Expertise working with ServiceNow, Learning Management System (SAP), Learning Experience Platform (Degreed) and MS Office would be beneficial
