HR Employee Central Expert (Employee Life Cycle) with German

Tasks & Responsibilities 

As an Employee Central Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in and supporting the transition of HR activities from Germany to Poland, including knowledge transfer, stabilization activities, and occasional international travel when required.
  • Handling day-to-day HR transactions across all process areas, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution, while maintaining hands-on involvement in operational activities to stay closely connected to the processes.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for the Competence Center by providing advanced support for complex cases, escalations, and non-standard scenarios, while closely collaborating with the Competence Center Owner.
  • Serving as a backup for the Team Manager, ensuring operational continuity through ownership of day-to-day decision-making, workflow management, and basic team coordination during periods of absence.
  • Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and driving corrective actions as well as sustainable solutions across the end-to-end process landscape.
  • Representing the Competence Center in interactions with local and global stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective knowledge sharing across regions and markets.
  • Coordinating and actively contributing to global and local DEMAs, participating in cross-country discussions to support harmonization, standardization, and continuous alignment of practices.
  • Leading and supporting projects by providing expert insights, coordinating stakeholders, and driving end-to-end process improvements.
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and the harmonization of best practices across countries to strengthen process consistency, maturity, and operational resilience.
  • Overseeing transitions and scope extensions, ensuring the structured onboarding of new activities and services into the Competence Center.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to Competence Center development programs, methodology enhancements, and the evolution of ways of working.
  • Ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of recurring, annual, and ad hoc activities, while appropriately delegating tasks and providing guidance and support to team members throughout execution.

About our future employee

You should speak German & English languages (min. C1) and have at least 6 years of professional experience in HR, supporting employee lifecycle process.
