HR Direct Specialist with German

Tasks & responsibilities
- As an HR Direct Specialist you will participate in the transition of HR Direct processes
- As HR Direct Specialist you are responsible for the professional support of our customers as first point of contact in HR as well as the administration of defined processes following internal and external compliance regulations
- You support our employees via phone or e-mail, also in matters with higher complexity, and you work with internal and external stakeholders (other HR functions, HRBPs)
- You ensure a splendid employee experience using your strong communication skills, social and technical competencies, and strive for continuous improvement of the provided services
- You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality
- You collaborate with various teams and be responsible for building and maintaining our internal and external knowledge base
- As the owner of at least one competence center (e.g. Recruiting) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the HR Direct team
About our future employee
You should speak German (min. B2/C1 level) & English (min. B1/B2) languages and have around 1-4 years of professional experience, preferably in customer support, HR or related areas. We are also open for considering candidates from other areas of work with a strong willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education, preferably in HR field or related areas
- Strong communication skills, distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, customer orientation, drive for innovation
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
- Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
- Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, MS Office, ServiceNow and OpenText or similar systems
- A background in HR projects is considered as an advantage
