HR Direct & Employee Central Junior Specialist

Tasks & responsibilities

As an HR Direct & Employee Central Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional support and managing administrative tasks of varying complexity, in full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Processing cases related to hiring, contracting, and employment or income changes using our case management system, as well as via phone or email.
  • Preparing and reviewing employment-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and analyzing HR reports.
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert in at least one competence area (e.g., absences, hiring, benefits, compensation), collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and delivering updates or training as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting their implementation to enhance operational efficiency.

About our future employee

  • Completed higher education, preferably in HR a related field.
  • Proficiency in Polish (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
  • 1–2 years of professional HR experience, ideally in roles supporting the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and a high level of reliability and confidentiality.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, as well as familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, and DocuSign.
