Functional Head of Recruiting
The position
Looking for a role where you are leading the GBS Center HR Recruiting function and where the teams are responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities through best-in-class experience from hire to onboarding within their assigned business unit(s) with differing business priorities and cultures. Tasks & responsibilities
- As the Functional Head of Recruiting, you are responsible for overall lead of the workstream for currently 7 European markets with 5 direct reports according to the company´s AAI values, our Leadership principles, and the Global Recruiting Delivery Model, following internal and external compliance regulations
- You oversee and monitor the teams and overall recruiting strategy process execution for all service-receiving countries, using our weGrow approach
- Together with your teams, you are ensuring a data-driven recruiting to identify talent gaps and/or external pipelining needs for workforce planning, re-organization or capacity build-up discussions with HR business partners, CoE and/or the business
- You ensure that recruiting needs per business / segment / profile based on the input obtained by your stakeholders are consolidated and quantified, external talent market insights and talent analytics for the respective segment are gathered to develop optimal recruiting and sourcing strategies for current and future demands
- The strategic planning and operationalization of a sustainable Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) based on segment are also part of your responsibility
- Based on the needs of the market, you are responsible to set up a high-quality vendor management together with your Segment Leads, e.g. establish an appropriate agency network strategy, capabilities assessment method and regular performance reviews
- You will work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality, ensuring process adherence and continuous improvements in run mode by using the global recruitment analytics
About a future BI employee
You should have verified knowledge in end-to-end Recruiting processing including Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits, speak English min. on C1 level and have min. 8 years of professional experience in Recruiting, ideally in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment. A minimum of 5 years Leadership experience is a must.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas)
- Highly skilled people developer who provides training, guidance, and motivation in times of transformation and change that result in the retention of top performing professionals
- Strong background in HR disciplines including Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits and a proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style with a strong drive to achieve results
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service orientation with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven problem-solving ability to manage complex and/or sensitive situations to successfully recommend, influence and implement solutions which may require engaging different levels within the organization
- Preferably working experience with SF Recruiting, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors
