Employee Central (Employee Life Cycle) Expert with French

Tasks & responsibilities
As an Employee Central (Employee Life Cycle) Expert with French, you are responsible for:
- Handling regular HR transactions across all processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution, dedicating a part of your time to fully operational tasks.
- Providing expert-level support to the Competence Center Owner, acting as a subject-matter resource for complex cases and escalations.
- Serving as a backup for the Team Manager, taking ownership of operational decisions, team coordination, and continuity workflow during their absence.
- Identifying process gaps and driving corrective actions.
- Representing the Center in interactions with both local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and knowledge exchange across regions.
- Coordinating global and local DEMAs and contribute to cross-country discussions, ensuring alignment and standardization of practices.
- Leading and support projects spanning multiple countries or the entire process stream, contributing expert insights and driving end-to-end improvements.
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices harmonization across countries to strengthen process consistency and maturity.
- Overseeing transitions and scope extensions, ensuring smooth onboarding of new activities and markets into the Center.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Center-wide development programs.
- Ensuring timely completion of additional, regular, annual, and ad hoc activities, effectively delegating tasks within the team when needed and providing guidance and support throughout their execution.
About our future employee
You should speak French & Polish & English languages (min. C1 level) and have at least 6 years of professional experience in HR, supporting employee lifecycle process.
Additionally, we are looking for:

Contract details: Fixed term contract – 18 months (interim replacement)
