Contracting Specialist
The position

Tasks & responsibilities
As a Specialist in Contracting, you will be responsible for:
- Contract Template Management – contract template life cycle oversight, documentation governance, data-driven improvements, metrics reporting, and structured global training management;
- Legal Contracting advisory – helping Business Partners with legal questions and contract reviews related to various agreement types (e.g., NDAs, agreements with Healthcare Professionals and hospitals), based on defined playbooks, risk parameters and SLAs;
- Negotiation Support – cooperating with and supporting Business Partners and other internal stakeholders in the process of negotiation of contracts, incl. direct contact with external contract partners;
- Legal Review of medical and marketing materials issued and distributed to internal and external recipients;
- Legal Systems Advice – advising and training business partners on legal system usage such like wizard tools, CLM tools and e-signature solutions etc.;
- Cooperation with various internal networks as well as many different teams and stakeholders on contracting and other legal topics;
- Support to ongoing projects – sharing your expertise in the process of building new services delivered by the team;
- Training colleagues on existing and new processes;
- Cross functional collaboration with different BI stakeholders and different countries;
- Executing and overseeing quality management routines;
- Establishing process improvement routines;
- Ensuring proper matter intake and tracking through provided intake systems.
About our future Employee
You should have very good business and legal English skills and be open to learning. You should have 2 – 4 years of experience in contracting law or legal contract management field, preferably in the Legal Shared Service structures, or in-house law departments/law firms. Experience in and familiarity with pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law degree.
