Tasks & responsibilities


•    Finding & Engaging Talent: Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates who might be the perfect fit, even if they’re not actively job hunting.
•    Mastering Recruitment Tools: Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms like LinkedIn, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow to streamline sourcing efforts.
•    Building a Strong Pipeline: Collaborate with recruiters to maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates, ensuring smooth hiring processes and long-term success.
•    Providing Market Insights: Leverage industry trends and data to offer strategic insights, helping recruiters make informed hiring decisions.

About our future employee


You should speak German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have willingness to learn on the job.


Additionally, we are looking for:

•    Education: A completed higher education degree, ideally in HR or related fields
•    Recruitment Experience: Any prior experience in Recruiting or HR is a plus, but enthusiasm counts too!
•    Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills, high accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
