(Junior) Learning Services Specialist with German
The position

Tasks & responsibilities
- As a HR Learning Services Specialist you might participate in the transition of HR Learning Services processes from Germany to Poland and ramp-up activities while ensuring high-quality service provision, operational readiness and compliance from day one.
- You are responsible for the administrative end-to-end processing and the professional support in the area of HR Learning Services, taking into account the legal and operational agreements and other applicable arrangements.
- You are independently processing the recurring learning services portfolio from training management assigned to you, promotions to rollouts while continuously focusing on potential areas of improvement and customer experience excellence.
- With your strong communication skills together with your social and technical competencies also in matters with high complexity, you are ensuring a splendid customer experience when advising customers and working with stakeholders or other internal or external business partners.
- You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures.
About our future employee
You should be fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) and have up to 2 years of experience for a junior role or over 2 years of experience for a specialist role, preferably in the area of HR services.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education
- Familiarity with Power Automate or a strong interest in learning and working with process automation tools as a big asset
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
- Open networked mindset and great organizational skills
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Learning Management System (SAP), Learning Experience Platform (Degreed), and MS Office would be an advantage
