Retail Channel Manager

The position

As a Retail Channel Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and developing the sales strategy and marketing activities in the retail& e-commerce channels. You will manage the sales and marketing team, build relationships with key business partners and ensure the achievement of business goals and market share growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

•    Co-creation and execution of marketing plans to support sales.
•    Co-creation and Implementation of the sales strategy in the retail& e-commerce channel, execution of sales plans and monitoring of results.
•    Management of a marketing & sales team.
•    Analysis of sales data and recommendation of optimization actions.
•    Collaboration with the central marketing department on brand communication.
•    Monitoring of the effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting of results.
•    Recruitment, development, and motivation of the sales and marketing team.
•    Setting of individual and team goals and evaluation of their achievement.
•    Close collaboration with other company departments and participation in cross-functional projects aimed at developing the retail channel.

About our future employee

You should have 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing of FMCG or OTC products and 3+ years of experience in team management.

Additionally we are looking for:

•    Higher education (preferably in the field of marketing, management).
•    5+ years of experience in sales and marketing of FMCG or OTC products.
•    3+ years of experience in team management.
•    Very good knowledge of the e-commerce market.
•    Experience in conducting marketing campaigns (including digital, retail, e-commerce).
•    Highly developed analytical thinking skills and ability to work with market data.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Proficient knowledge of English (B2/C1 level).
