Position: Head of TA IOMH
Location: Warsaw
THE POSITION
As Head of Therapeutic Area IOMH (Inflammation, Oncology & Mental Health), you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational execution of the TA, managing a cross-functional team, and driving marketing and sales plans aligned with Integrated Brand Plans. Your focus will be on delivering executional excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Tasks & responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Oversight
- Lead and monitor all therapeutic area (TA) activities for ILD/IPF within the OPU.
- Drive the overall TA strategy in alignment with ROPU objectives and local requirements.
- Ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, PEAHCA, CXE, Medical Affairs).
Team Management & Development
- Lead, manage, and develop the assigned TA team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Coaching of First Line Field/Key account managers.
Operational Planning & Execution
- Develop marketing and sales operational plans for the assigned TA.
- Ensure alignment with ROPU strategy and Integrated Brand Plans.
- Drive implementation with a focus on synergies, execution excellence, and customer/patient centricity.
Organizational Enablement
- Provide regular updates and education on TA-relevant topics.
- Support sales teams with product updates and training materials.
Leadership & Change Management
- Demonstrate strong, dynamic leadership to promote mindset and behavioral shifts.
- Encourage increased collaboration and operational efficiency across teams.
- Ensure that decisions are data-based, future-oriented and performance and impact driven.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry codes of conduct, and compliance requirements.
Market Shaping
- Collaborate closely with Governmental Affairs, Market Access and Medical to ensure early interaction with relevant external stakeholders like external experts, health authorities, payors, patient organisations and other decisive relevant bodies.
