Business Excellence Specialist

Contract: fixed- term replacement contract (approx. 4-5 months)

The Business Excellence Specialist role is a great opportunity for a driven and analytical professional who thrives on independence and making an impact. In this position, you will work closely with market data and play a key role in supporting strategic decisions within the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) and Immunology, Oncology and Mental Health (IOMH) departments. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical market, combined with strong analytical and logical thinking skills, will allow you to identify development opportunities and shape future directions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Business Excellence Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Updating monthly and weekly data.
  • Presenting nationwide (national-level) data – IQVIA, Sell-In.
  • Analyzing regional data and preparing sales tables – IQVIA, Sell-In.
  • Managing and monitoring the TPA budget (CRM, IOMH).
  • Collecting and analyzing wholesale data for IOMH.
  • Managing incentive systems and sales planning for CRM and IOMH teams.
  • Managing rankings and motivational initiatives for field teams.
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Supporting the training team in monitoring coaching activities.

  • Master’s degree (higher education).
  • English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau) is an advantage.
