Veeva Vault Expert (m/f/d)

The position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Veeva Subject Matter Expert to join our Global Supplier Quality & Compliance department at Boehringer’s site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be support and needs analysis of the Vault-owning department. Having a strong Quality mindset, you will significantly contribute to the further development of our Supplier Management vault.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Demand and Requirements Management for the Vault-owning department
  • Document migration analysis, planning and support
  • Release Notes analysis & testing of new features
  • Participation in relevant meetings
  • Veeva Vault Super-User – including creation/update of relevant documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Veeva Vault platform
  • Basic understanding of Software validation and testing as well as Agile methodology
  • Good interpersonal, cultural, and communicational skills
  • Basic experience in GxP topics would be an advantage
  • Veeva certification would be an advantage

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is € 47.532,24 per year (full-time) according to the classification in the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry. Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment.
