Have you completed your academic journey and are now ready to kick-start your career in the pharmaceutical industry? Apply for our One Human Pharma Operations Trainee Program for our location in Austria (Vienna). During the program, you will rotate through various departments and take on projects independently. We will assign a Senior Manager as your mentor to guide and support your development.
From day one, you will also be part of BI DISCOVER, our cross-functional trainee community. Along with your fellow trainees you will participate in training sessions (such as negotiation and change management), leadership talks, and much more. We value your initiative and look forward to your contributions.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will get to know at least 4 different areas within 2,5 - 3 years
  • You will work on innovative projects and take on responsibility from the very beginning
  • You will experience diverse cultures and boost your intercultural skills with an exciting placement opportunity abroad - subject to availability
  • You can expand your network and broaden your competencies by working on cross-departmental projects with other trainees
  • A mentor will provide advice and guidance throughout the entire trainee program
  • You will participate in various training sessions and seminars

Requirements

  • You are interested in taking on a leadership/expert role in the future and want to prepare specifically for this
  • Ideally, you already have international experience, preferably through a stay abroad for several months
  • You have strong team and communication skills, resilience, and a certain drive to make things happen
  • You have an excellent master’s or Diploma degree, preferably with a PhD and/or initial professional experience
  • Fields of study: Biology, (Bio-)Chemistry, (Bio-)Pharmacy, (Bio-)Informatics, Biotechnology, Business Studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Data Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable Natural/Engineering Sciences
  • Excellent English and German skills

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 46.305 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
