SOP Manager (m/f/d)

The position

Join our team as a Global SOP Manager in Medicine! This exciting role will empower you to shape and enhance our regulated processes within the Medicine department on a global scale. 
You'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and maintaining these processes, along with our knowledge management documents and the related systems.
Your work will be pivotal in guaranteeing our compliance to global regulatory standards, both external and internal, while also ensuring that process owners create straightforward and easily understandable procedures. Tasks & responsibilities

  • As our Global SOP Manager, you'll be spearheading the development and maintenance of SOPs, Work Instructions as well as the related Guidelines for your assigned Medicine functions and operative Units. Your expertise will ensure that all regulatory requirements are comprehensively covered.
  • Collaborating closely with global and local process owners will be a key part of your role. You'll be creating global, (cross-) divisional, regional, and local SOPs that align perfectly with the Medicine document hierarchy.
  • Your attention to detail will come into play as you ensure that all process-related definitions and abbreviations are correctly maintained and aligned with all relevant process owners.
  • You'll take charge of managing the Knowledge Management (KM) Assets for your assigned Medicine functions, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations, such as GxP and Policies.
  • In a drive towards excellence, you will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our regulation management systems. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will introduce new or advanced system functionalities, propelling our regulatory compliance to unprecedented levels.

Requirements

  • Master´s degree in Natural Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, PhD would be beneficial
  • Several years of experience in quality management and working in regulated GxP environment focused on GCP and GVP with a profound knowledge of international as well as national regulatory requirements (incl. FDA, EMA, local regulations)
  • Strong knowledge in global and cross-functional project management combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Profound knowledge in using document management systems
  • Excellent teamworking and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written), German would be a plus

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 72.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
