Regional Demand Manager (m/f/d)
The position
As of now we are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Regional Demand Manager to ensure seamless product availability and drive operational excellence across our ROPU. In this role, you will lead demand and replenishment planning activities, act as a key interface between global manufacturing sites and commercial teams and contribute to decision-making in a complex, fast-moving and regulated supply environment. Join our collaborative and impact-driven Commercial Supply Chain Management team in Vienna and help shaping the future of demand planning for Animal Health across the RCV region.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Independently manage demand planning and supply replenishment for assigned SKUs across > 30 countries, ensuring continuous product availability and inventory optimization
- Act as the main interface with manufacturing sites, CMOs, and global supply chain teams to coordinate supply and resolve bottlenecks
- Lead inventory allocation decisions and maintain replenishment master data across ERP systems and global databases
- Actively contribute to the S&OP cycle by developing robust demand forecasts and providing input on supply constraints
- Support product launches and artwork changes to ensure timely logistics execution and supply readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with specialization in Supply Chain Management; a Master’s degree is strongly desired
- Proven experience in demand/replenishment planning within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or OTC industries
- Strong expertise in SAP APO / JDA and advanced Excel skills for analytics and mass data processing
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an asset

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 59.400 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
