Product Manager Animal Health (m/f/d)
The position
We are currently seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Manager Animal Health to join our Animal Health Regional Center (RCV) in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for selected countries within the RCV region, driving the development and execution of product strategies and tactics. You will work closely with and steer our local marketing colleagues and partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of regional objectives.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and lead the regional product strategy and tactical plans for assigned countries, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Guide and support local marketing teams and partners in the implementation of strategies, campaigns, and initiatives
- Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize product positioning
- Act as the central point of contact for product-related matters across the region, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring KPIs are met and best practices are applied across markets
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management or marketing (experience in the healthcare or animal health industry is a plus)
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans across multiple markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and relevant business tools
- Business fluency in English (Russian is a plus)

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 78.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
