Global Key Supplier Project Manager (m/f/d)
The position
As for now for our Team in Vienna we are searching for the Global Key Supplier Project Manager. Drive global supplier quality oversight and performance excellence and innovation that shape quality, compliance, and performance across key suppliers worldwide, leveraging cutting-edge digital and AI solutions. Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and execute supplier quality health checks by collecting data, assessing risks, and engaging stakeholders, analysing trends and identify areas for improvement, while ensuring findings are presented accurately and on time with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and facilitate regular governance meetings with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate supplier documentation for audits and inspections to guarantee full compliance and readiness without delays or gaps.
- Maintain oversight of supplier quality documentation in alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely updates throughout the document lifecycle.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance supplier oversight using AI and digital tools, with efficient gains and automation impacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within clinical development and experience in supplier quality management and supplier oversight in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven project management skills and experience collaborating with suppliers on quality-related initiatives. Negotiation and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in digital tools and a strong interest in applying AI solutions to quality processes.
- Proficiency in English.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 59.400 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
