Compliance & Integrity Manager (m/f/d), 1 year limited contract

The position

As of now we are seeking a Compliance & Integrity (Project) Manager to join our Regional Compliance & Integrity Team at the Boehringer Ingelheim site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be to support the implementation of the global Compliance Program and other corporate policies with strong focus on data analytics and managing global and regional projects in the CEE Region.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Proactively drive and enable the implementation and management of the Global and Regional Compliance Program and Standards across all functions & businesses in the Regional Centre Vienna (RCV) and the Region (CEE countries).
  • Manage compliance related projects and initiatives with strong focus on implementing and measuring KPIs and Metrics as well as data analytics to measure the compliance program implementation status.
  • Drive and manage the implementation of legal compliance related Trainings, SOPs, Guidelines and processes across the Region (including evaluation of impact and effectiveness).
  • Advise and provide guidance and training on Compliance & Integrity to other functions and RCV countries (e.g. Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption).
  • Interact with a network of compliance champions in the RCV Region.
  • Participate in global and regional projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and drive excellence and engagement across the compliance function.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree preferably in Economics, B.A. or Pharmacy combined with min. 3 years’ experience in a pharma/medical device company in Project Management, Business Analytic, Compliance, or other functions requiring knowledge of pharma (e.g. Medicine, Quality, Commercial etc.).
  • Previous experience in anti-corruption and compliance management would be considered an advantage, same applies to working experience in the CEE Region.
  • Exceptional IT skills (specific excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strategic and innovative thinking, strong business orientation while cultivating an empathic and inclusive mindset and “can-do” attitude, agility and emotional maturity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory, fluency in German is an asset.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 59.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
